She specializes in designing participatory leadership environments that help executive teams and emerging leaders clarify strategy, strengthen alignment, and accelerate performance.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership (May 2027) and is committed to bridging research, practice, and experiential design.
Her work draws from behavioral science, strategic facilitation, and immersive leadership methodologies.
When not facilitating labs, she studies the intersection of leadership, complexity, and creative problem-solving.
